Summary:

This position requires a person who loves others and cares about building relationships by serving our guest. The design consultant must have keen sense of style that translates to the guest and brand. The consultant must close opportunities while having the highest integrity

Key Job Responsibilities:

* Interact with customers in a retail environment by selling unique pieces of home furnishings.

* Demonstrate a willingness to be trained on product and share with guest

* Qualify our guest on their needs by providing in home consultative services to customize any space.

* Determine needs and advising customers on their purchase

* Handle customer purchase paperwork and tracking orders.

* Communicate with customers after the sale.

* Effective closing skills

* Work with team members to utilize varied skill sets in order provide exceptional service.

* Contribute to the team and communicating effectively with peers to attain goals.

* Help to maintain a clean, orderly working environment.

* Other duties as assigned.

Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

* Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Commitment to customer satisfaction

* Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language

* Intermediate computer skills

* Strong organizational skills

* Desire to succeed and excel
